Meet Tony the tough turtle who tells it like it is, that’s why around these parts, people refer to him as Tony the Totalitarian Tortoise, the Nevada Water Authority’s (NWA) newest character to help fight the arid onslaught of desert life.
Tony maybe a little rough around the edges but he has big heart, his passion for water conservation and love for NAZI literature combined into one tiny little shell, fortifying the world’s most potent promoter of preservation. So watch your ass, oh wasteful water wieners of Southern Nevada, because Tony may move like a tortoise but he has a hare trigger.
