Community / Station Events -10th Annual Winter Art Festival in Boulder City tomorrow and Sunday, it’s being held in Boulder City Parks and Recreation Gymnasium, 900 Arizona Street. Over 40 artists will be featured. The festival is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days.
