Minneapolis Cop Threatens to Break Suspect's Legs

Oh yeah, that's right! One of Minneapolis's finest threatened to break a guy's legs if he tried to run and why was he being arrested....because the cop just felt like it. A video has no surfaced and the cop has been relieved of duty. Check out the rest of the story here.
