Russian Emergencies Ministry opens Information Center in Geneva

Russian Emergencies Minister Vladimir Puchkov has opened on Monday the International Coordination and Information Center to protect the population and territories from natural and man-made emergency situations at the headquarters of the International Civil Defence Organization (ICDO).
